Welcome to The Shoals. By accessing our website or booking a stay at The Grove Cabins, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Shoals.

Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and must be present during the stay. By completing a booking, you agree to comply with all property rules and policies outlined herein, including the Rental Terms & Policies.

Payment & Fees

Payment terms and any applicable fees will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Additional charges may include cleaning fees, approved pet fees, or damages beyond normal wear and tear. By booking, you authorize The Shoals to charge the payment method on file for any approved additional charges incurred during your stay.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking and may vary by season or promotion. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the stated cancellation policy.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Early departures

  • Weather conditions

  • Power outages

  • Road conditions

  • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

Occupancy

 

Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding the stated occupancy is not permitted and may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

 

Property Use & Conduct

 

Guests agree to use the property respectfully and responsibly. Parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed to respect other guests and the surrounding community.

 

Pets

 

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet per stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturbances. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

 

Fire Pits & Outdoor Areas

 

Shared wood-burning fire pits are available for guest use. Firewood may be provided. Guests assume all responsibility when using fire pits and must follow posted safety guidelines and local burn regulations. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before leaving the area.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The Shoals reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

The Shoals is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and use of the property.

Accessibility

The cabins are single-story with exterior steps to enter. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property meets their accessibility needs prior to booking.

Wildlife & Natural Setting

The Shoals is located in a natural, wooded environment. Wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, and weather-related conditions are inherent to the setting. The Shoals is not responsible for conditions that are natural to the outdoor environment.

 

Changes to Terms

The Shoals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or property constitutes acceptance of any changes.
